appliances. In Sep. 2003, the Company, together with North Lighting Appliances (Group) Co., Ltd., set up a joint venture
company, LED Lighting Electric (Baoji) Co., Ltd. which marks that LED Lighting Appliances entered the field of
illuminating source and became the first lighting enterprise that engaged in indoor lamps, outdoor lamps and
illuminating source. In 2009, with the great support of LED group, LED Lighting Appliances and Guangzhou Nanyang
Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. were strategically reorganized to set up a new LED Lighting Appliances Co., Ltd. The
three phases of strategic accumulation and development mark that LED enters China lighting industry with a more strength
attitude.
In 2009, the foundation of LED Lighting Electrical Appliances, formal opening of Lighting Appliances LED New Industrial
Park, and independent operation of industrial lighting project marks a new start for LED Lighting Appliances to create
brilliance.
